Corporate stays

Your slow weeks already have a buyer.

Around every unit, companies put people up on assignment, in training or on relocation. Those stays run for weeks, book direct, and fill the weeks leisure travelers leave empty.

The demand

A clientele the platforms will not bring you

A corporate stay books for three weeks or a month, on weekdays, out of season and outside school vacations. It is paid by transfer, with no channel commission, and it returns the moment another employee is sent out.

This demand will not find you on its own, because it does not search where you are listed. It has to be contacted, one company at a time.

The campaign

What we do

You handle no software and learn no method. We run the campaign on your behalf, from the first list of companies through to the replies.

01

Mapping the companies

We map the businesses around your units, then keep the sectors that genuinely book accommodation.

02

Finding the decision maker

For each company we keep, we establish who to contact: the person who decides where people stay.

03

Verifying the addresses

Every address is verified before anything goes out. A bad address damages your sending domain.

04

Writing and sending

We write messages built around each company, its business and its news, then we send them.

The campaign stops at the replies. The negotiation and the stay are yours.

The boundaries

What we do not do.

We sell no software and require no subscription. We run no training, and you have nothing to learn. We manage neither your units nor your bookings.

We promise no meetings and no bookings. The result depends on the unit, on the businesses around it, and on what you can offer a company. We say so before we start, and just as plainly when the area does not lend itself to it.

How it runs

Step by step

  1. A thirty-minute call, to pin down your units and the clientele they can host.
  2. The list of companies, and the decision maker for each one.
  3. Your approval of the messages, before anything is sent.
  4. The campaign goes out, spread over a few weeks.
  5. The replies are passed on to you as they arrive.

Deliverables

What you receive

The list of companies kept around your units, each with its decision maker. The messages sent, and the record of those that reached their destination.

The replies received, passed on as they come, with your contact named in full. The contacts are yours, and they keep paying off long after the campaign.

The conversation

One campaign, then a decision.

The work is one-off and repeats at your request, sector by sector or season by season. You judge on the replies before going further.
